We upskill people as mental health ambassadors in Schools and Prisons across the country. We know that people benefit from access to at least one peer in their setting, who will offer support and guidance through 1-2-1 discussions, through spotting early warning signs and signposting to additional, third party support.
Raise Awareness
We're passionate about raising the awareness of mental health and highlighting symptoms of mental ill-health. It's important for people to understand what Mental Health is, learn how to support themselves and others, and seek help if needed.
Reduce stigma
We're trying to reduce the stigma surrounding mental ill-health. We do this by sharing mental health content and creating hard-hitting and informative films on important topics, featuring real people and their lived experience.
Train & Upskill
Many people misunderstand mental health and mental ill-health. We offer training to educate people to recognise the signs and symptoms in themselves and others.
Support & signpost
Through our Mental Health Ambassador Programme, we aim to place people in settings (eg. schools, prisons, workplaces) who are trained in mental health awareness and know how to signpost someone in need to services that can help.
